In 2012, Henghou developed its ?rst smart industrial market: Houli Online Shopping Park, covering an area of 350,000 square feet and a building area of 650,000 square feet. It is one of the ?rst industrial market managed through an integrated internet system in Ningbo. In 2021, Henghou acquired Ningbo Nordic Industrial Park(NIP), one of the ?rst international indus- trial park in Ningbo.
In 2022, we purchased a 70 acre commercial/industrial park in San Guan Tang, Ningbo. This industrial park further consolidates our strategic vision in sustainable industrial park management. Beyond industrial parks, Henghou also manages 2,800,000 square feet of commercial markets, including Auchan supermarket as its long time tenant.
